Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Pour Oatly Barista into a blender and cover with water.
- Add Plenny Protein and instant coffee powder.
- Mix until smooth.
- Drizzle Choc Shot into a glass.
- Pour the blended mixture into the glass and enjoy!
Helena's Stockholm Lembas

Ingredients:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- A handful of fresh blueberries (optional)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 deciliters of oats
- 1 cup Jimmy Joy chocolate
- Sprinkle with sea salt
Instructions:
- Mix the mashed bananas with the eggs and add the remaining ingredients.
- Form small cookie-sized portions on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 8 minutes.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and enjoy as a healthy snack or breakfast sandwich.
Rodrigo's Lemon and Pistachio Plenny Cake

Ingredients:
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 100g Plenny Lemon Tart Flavour Shake
- 12 g baking powder
- 6 g of salt
- 150 g pistachios
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 25 g lemon juice
- 10 g lemon zest
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 12 g vanilla extract (optional)
- Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a cake tin.
- Crush the pistachios into powder.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients and crushed pistachios.
- Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs, lemon juice, zest and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and Greek yogurt to the dough.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with pistachios if desired and let cool before serving.
Ryan's Cookies and Cream

Ingredients:
- Plenny strawberry or berry smoothie
- Whole milk
- Airing
- Frozen or freeze-dried fruit
Instructions:
- Add 300 ml of whole milk to a cocktail shaker.
- Add two or three scoops of Plenny Shake.
- Shake well and then add more milk if necessary to give it consistency.
- Add frozen or freeze-dried fruit and crushed Oreos.
- Shake again and enjoy without straining.
