Plenny Shake v3.0 is a nutritionally complete meal , high in fiber and vegetable protein , and low in sugar and salt .

One Plenny Shake meal provides you with 20% of the recommended daily intake of all the macronutrients and micronutrients your body needs to function well: protein, carbohydrates, fats and all 26 essential vitamins and minerals plus two small but powerful ingredients: probiotics and choline.

One serving contains 400 kcal , of which 42% comes from carbohydrates, 34% from fat, 20% from protein and 4% from fibre. In addition to their healthy composition, the shakes are available in 11 delicious flavours ; Vanilla, Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry, Passionfruit, Coconut, Caramel & Sea Salt, Pistachio, Coffee (caffeine added), Apple Cinnamon and Forest Fruit.

    Proteins

    The protein in Plenny Shake is provided by soy protein isolate, oats, soy flour, and flax seeds. Each serving of Plenny Shake provides 20 grams of protein so you get your daily recommended intakes. On top of that, a meal like Plenny Shake, which is high in protein, can give you a prolonged feeling of satiety because proteins take longer to digest than carbohydrates.

    As you can see, Plenny Shake meets the recommended daily intakes that the World Health Organization has established for the 9 essential amino acids, helping you meet your personal protein needs and providing you with enough building blocks to maintain your muscle health.

    The Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) is a method for assessing the quality of a protein based on the amino acid requirements of humans and their ability to digest it.

    The soy used in Plenny Shake has a PDCAAS of 1, which matches that of milk protein. In addition to being the only plant-based protein that performed well, we also chose soy isolate because it has a smooth texture and flavor. It creates the optimal flavor profile and health benefits.

    Fats

    Most of the fats come from sunflower oil. Sunflower oil has mostly monounsaturated fats and a lot of omega-6 and omega-3. Your body cannot produce these omega-3 and omega-6 on its own, which is why it must be present in your food. In addition to sunflower oil, we add soy flour. Most of the fats in soy flour are monounsaturated fats and they provide a large part of the omega-6 in the final product.

    Because we don't want to leave you hanging with omega-3s, we added golden flax seeds due to their high content of α-linolenic acid (omega-3) and linoleic acid (omega-6). Lastly, oats help a bit with the product's fat content. Fat has a low direct effect on blood sugar levels, is an important source of energy for your body, and helps you absorb vitamins and nutrients.

    A diet based solely on Plenny Shake would leave you with 5.2% of total energy (E%) coming from saturated fatty acids (SFA), of which a maximum level of 10 E% is established.

    Carbohydrates

    Most of the carbohydrates in our product come from oats, which are especially interesting due to their beta-glucan content and low glycemic index (GI). This means that blood glucose levels will fluctuate less and so will your energy levels thanks to their fibre content. In addition to oats, rice flour is added as a sugar-free form of immediate energy. Before being ground into flour, the rice is cleaned and purified from foreign bodies and stabilised by heat treatment.

    Fibers

    The main sources of fibre in our products are inulin, oats and linseed. They help lower blood pressure and smooth your digestion. In particular, inulin, extracted from chicory, is added to achieve a greater variety of fibre sources and improve the number of fibres per serving.     Micronutrients

    The blend of vitamins and minerals we add to the product provides all 26 necessary micronutrients. We use the most bioavailable forms of micronutrients so that your body can absorb each bite of all the vitamins and minerals easily and at the highest rate.
