Surprise, surprise! Jimmy Joy is made from real food. It contains everything your body needs to stay healthy and, more importantly, to maintain your high level of magnificence. Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of oats, soy flour, ground golden flaxseed, rapeseed oil and a blend of 27 essential vitamins and minerals. Plenny Shake mango, strawberry and banana also contain real freeze-dried fruit.

Each meal provides plenty of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an adequate amount of good fats with lots of omega 3 and 6, slow-release complex carbohydrates for energy, low sugar, and plenty of fiber to help your digestive system.

For virgins, as you know, gentle and slow is the way to go. As with any dietary change, our body may need some time to adjust to the “new” types of food. Therefore, we recommend that you start by replacing one meal a day for the first few days so you can see how your body reacts.

Well, that's easy: our meals require minimal preparation.

For a 400kcal meal of Plenny Shake, just add two scoops and some water. You can make your shake as thick or watery as you prefer.

Our Plenny Bar and Plenny Drink are even easier: just peel off the wrapper or twist off the lid. Enjoy!

The recommended serving of Plenny Shake is 400 Kcal per meal. Our bars and drinks also contain around 400 Kcal.

No, that would definitely defeat our purpose. Although the duration of satisfaction may vary from person to person (depending on build and lifestyle), our experience shows that with our 400kcal meals you will feel satisfied for approximately 3-5 hours.

In theory, it is possible to eat exclusively Jimmy Joy products, and we are pleased to inform you that we have clients who have done so or who are still doing so.  And the best part is that they are still alive (whew!). After a long period of consuming 100% Jimmy Joy, they had a blood test which came back very positive. However, most of our customers use our products for breakfast or lunch, as these meals are not usually very sociable and are easy to replace without social pressure. We also enjoy cooking and eating with friends and family, and we wouldn't dream of taking this away from you (or ourselves). We encourage our customers to individually discover what works for them.

Although our products are not designed for weight loss, they can definitely help. With Jimmy Joy meals you will always know exactly how many calories you are consuming, making it very easy to ensure you are getting the exact amount you need to achieve your body goals.

Yes, they are all vegan!

Nuts: There are no nuts in our product, but there might be traces of them. So if you are highly allergic, please do not try them.

Gluten: Our products are gluten free, however our oats are processed in an environment where gluten products are also processed, so unfortunately we cannot rule out cross contamination. Oats make up approximately 30% of the product.

Soy: Our products contain significant amounts of soy. If you are allergic, please stay "away."

Lactose: Our products do not contain lactose.

All of our ingredients are currently non-GMO.

While none of the ingredients we use are harmful or dangerous to pregnant women, our products are based on the nutritional needs of an average adult. If you are pregnant (or breastfeeding), you will have different dietary/nutritional needs than another average adult, so we do not recommend that you use our products while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with your doctor before doing so.

Store Jimmy Joy products in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard or pantry, and they will be good until at least the expiration date listed.

We do not recommend consuming our products after the expiration date. Try at your own risk!

For our Plenny Shakes we use fully recyclable packaging (plastics). We definitely take into account the environment and the amount of waste we produce when we manufacture and ship our products.

Our Plenny drinks come in recyclable Tetra Pak® packaging, consisting of 37% recycled cardboard and a plastic lid.

Our Twenny bar wrappers are not fully recyclable due to the aluminum coating they contain.

Subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time. Yes, all customers receive a measuring spoon with each order (when it includes powder) you must indicate it yourself after selecting your favorite flavors.

Of course! Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code with which you can follow the status of your order. Tracking is activated once the shipping company responsible for delivering it to you has collected the order (between Monday and Friday afternoon). When you invite a friend to our online store and they make a purchase, you both receive a discount for the next purchase through the Referral system. The inviter receives €5, the invited friend receives €5.

The referral discount only applies to orders over €30, and to one-off purchases. You can read more about this here .

If you ask nicely, yes. Just kidding. If you are not satisfied with your products, just write to us and we can arrange to pick up your order. If it is a matter of taste and not a mistake on our part, we maintain a 30-day return policy and only accept unopened and undamaged items. Once we have the order in our warehouse, we will refund your money.
