You prepare it in a minute, and one meal has all the nutrients your body needs. These come from proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and from all 26 essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function well.

100 grams of Plenny Shake Active powder contains approximately 424 kcal, depending on the flavour and variety. One bag of Plenny Shake Active contains 2,350 grams of powder and a total of approximately 10,000 kcal. Check the nutritional label if you want to be 100% accurate.

One bag can be divided into 25 meals of 400 calories, each meal contains 27 grams of protein.

Active preparation

Our recommendation is to divide one bag into 25 meals of 400 kcal each. Portion according to your own needs, for example;

We always recommend replacing some meals with our products, not all of them. This is only due to the fact that the social part is very important in life, like going out to eat with friends and family, for example.

Walnuts

There are no nuts in Plenny Shakes and Drinks, however, they may contain traces of nuts from a supplier who does produce nuts. Therefore, if you are severely allergic, do not try them.

Lactose

No, none of our Plenny products contain lactose. Our Plenny Shake and Plenny Drink are lactose-free. Our Plenny bars do not contain lactose themselves, but may contain traces of lactose. If you are severely allergic, do not try them. Want to know more about lactose? Click here.

Gluten Free

No. The oats we use for our Plenny Shake are processed in a facility that also processes gluten, which is why our oats may contain traces of gluten from cross-contamination.
