Terms & Conditions

Our return policy lasts 30 days, after this period we cannot offer a refund.

To make a return, the product packaging must be sealed and in the same condition in which you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (where applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which can take up to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable):
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Exchanges (where applicable):
We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@esjoy.es.

Shipment:
To return your product, you must send it to: Esjoy, Calle Ciudad de frias 19, Nave 3, BGA direct, Madrid, 28021, Spain

If there was no error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product. If the error was ours, of course, the shipping and return costs are our responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
