Eggless Eggnog
This vegan eggnog recipe with Plenny Drink Vanilla is the easiest way to impress your family.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml of Plenny Drink Vanilla ⠀
- 65 g raw cashews ⠀
- 65 ml of water ⠀
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup ⠀
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg ⠀
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⠀
Preparation: ⠀
1. Let the cashews sit in the water overnight, or at least for an hour. ⠀
2. Add everything to the blender until smooth.⠀
3. Put it in the fridge because it is tastier when cold. ⠀
4. Decorate it with a little cinnamon on top.⠀
