Banana "Nice cream" recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large frozen ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of Plenny Shake Banana (50 g)
- 50 ml of vegetable milk of your choice
- Optional: fruits, puffed amaranth, coconut chips, etc. to cover
Preparation:
- Chop the bananas and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Once frozen, add to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add Plenny Shake Banana and plant-based milk.
- Blend until smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender several times to prevent sticking.
- Add the cream to an airtight container and freeze until solid.
- Place the cream in a bowl and finish with some ingredients such as fresh fruit, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, etc.
