From Esjoy we present our second recipe of the summer, a wonderful vanilla and berry smoothie , ideal to cool off on hot summer afternoons and enjoy on the beach, in the pool or while you go on an excursion. You can prepare it easily and in very little time. Thanks to our vanilla Plenny Shake you will have all the nutrients you need , including fiber, proteins, minerals and many vitamins. In addition, berry fruits provide numerous antioxidants such as vitamin C and iron.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of water, or yogurt or milk of your choice (350 ml)
  • 1 scoop of Plenny Shake vanilla (50 g)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (150 g)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (100 g)
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries (60 g)
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries (75 g) Preparation

What steps must be followed for its preparation?

To prepare it, simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the consistency is smooth. During preparation, it is advisable to taste the mixture until you check that it has the right flavour and texture.
