Jimmy Joy Burger

Are you in love with burgers but looking to cut back on your meat intake? Say hello to the Jimmy Joy burger. It not only satisfies your stomach but your heart as well.

Ingredients:

For 4 or 5 Jimmy Joy burgers

  • Canned chickpeas (400 grams)
  • 25 grams of Plenny Shake Vanilla
  • 1 red onion
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Buns of your choice

Toppings:


Top your burgers with toppings of your choice, including tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and sauce.

Preparation:

1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Grind the chickpeas in a food processor (don't crush them completely, leave some of them whole).

2. Chop the onion and garlic.

3. Mix the Plenny Shake Neutral , onion, garlic, herbs and lemon juice into the ground chickpeas.

4. Make burgers with the mixture and put them in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes, so that they become a little stronger.

5. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the burgers for about 10 minutes until golden.

6. Prepare your bread with the ingredients you prefer.

7. Bon appetit, enjoy.
