Pizza Plenny
If you still insist on eating pizza, at least make sure it's a pizza made with Plenny Shake Vanilla so that you're not only filling your soul but your stomach as well. Cowabunga!
Ingredients:⠀
- 100 grams of flour
- 200 grams of Plenny Shake Vanilla ⠀
- 7 grams of dry yeast (1 bag) ⠀
- pinch of salt ⠀
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil ⠀
- 160 ml of warm water⠀
Preparation: ⠀
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 10-15 minutes until you get a nice smooth dough. ⠀
2. Knead a little more by hand until it looks like a chewing gum that can be stretched but does not break. ⠀
3. Grease a bowl and place the dough ball in the bowl. ⠀
4. Cover this with a clean kitchen towel and place in a warm place.
5. Let rise for 30-45 minutes until the dough has doubled in volume.
6. Add desired ingredients and place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
