Smoothie Recipe To Strengthen Your Immune System

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of vegetable milk
  • 50 g of Plenny Shake Mango
  • 150 g pineapple
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried and ground turmeric
  • ground black pepper (piperine improves the absorption of turmeric in the body)


Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
