Smoothie Recipe To Strengthen Your Immune System
Ingredients
- 200 ml of vegetable milk
- 50 g of Plenny Shake Mango
- 150 g pineapple
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon dried or fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tablespoon dried and ground turmeric
- ground black pepper (piperine improves the absorption of turmeric in the body)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
