Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 g of flour
- 50g Plenny Shake Chocolate
- 150 g pitted dates
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Blend the dates and add the milk in the blender or food processor.2. Add the Plenny Shake Chocolate , flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix until smooth.
3. Add some chopped chocolate, peanut butter, nuts or berries if desired.
4. Add to a greased ovenproof dish or place baking parchment on the dish.
5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, depending on how moist you want the brownies to be.
6. Let it cool before removing it from the tray.
