Bread Recipe

In love with Plenny but can't say goodbye to bread? Here's your freshly baked solution. Isn't it awesome?

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 300 grams of Plenny Shake Vanilla
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 1.5 tablespoon of salt
  • 300 ml of warm water

Preparation:

  1. Fill a measuring cup with 300 ml of water and add the yeast.
  2. Stir the water until the yeast resolves.
  3. Leave the cup and get the 200 grams of wheat flour and the 300 grams of Plenny Shake Vanilla and put it in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the salt (1.5 tablespoons) over the bowl and mix it in. If it is well mixed, you can add the measuring cup into the bowl.
  5. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it no longer feels sticky.
  6. Place the dough ball back into the bowl and cover with foil or a warm, damp (not soaking wet) cloth and place the bowl in a warm place. Leave the dough alone for an hour and enjoy.
  7. (1 hour later) Knead the dough a little more and make any shape you want, keep in mind that bread is a producer, not a shower. When it reaches its final shape, leave it for half an hour and preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  8. Place the dough with baking paper underneath on the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.
