Born in Colombia, Hugo was adopted by a Dutch family. It was there that he received a complete education to end up dedicating himself to his passion: food. As Executive Chef he has travelled to various corners of the world, always close to the stove, leading teams and innovating. When he discovered Jimmy Joy nutrition, Hugo did not hesitate to bet on it and brought it to Spain and Portugal. Since then, he has focused on Esjoy to combine his passion for good food and innovation with the fight for the environment.

Vanessa lives in Madrid, is a lawyer and... a football fan! She is responsible for the customer service and transport departments. A jack of all trades! When you have a question about your order or when you send us emails or messages asking about our products, she is in charge of answering you with the utmost interest and offering you individual attention. Her main objective: that each customer is satisfied with their purchase.
