Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup soy yogurt (140 g)
  • ½ cup almond milk (120 ml)
  • ⅓ cup Plenny chocolate shake (60 g)
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 ½ cups ice, more if you want a thicker consistency (210 g)

      Preparation:

      1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Process until well mixed.
      2. Feel free to top the shake with peanuts, caramel syrup, and chocolate syrup to taste.
      3. Pour into a shaker glass or bottle and enjoy!
