How does your subscription work?
- Setting up a subscription is easy and intuitive. To set up a subscription, you'll first need to create an Esjoy account . Once you've created your account, you simply choose your favorite products and select what time interval you'd like to receive them - once every 4 weeks makes the most sense for many, but we'll let you decide!
- Each shipment will be sent on the same day your subscription started , orders placed over the weekend are sent first thing on Monday. Please note that subscriptions can only be set up with credit and debit card payment and are not available in combination with other discounts such as referrals or newsletter subscriptions.
- The quantity of product, flavor, shipping date, cancellation or adding products you would like to receive can be adjusted at any time , but be sure to send any changes at least 48 hours before the new shipping date.
Free from worry
You can cancel, skip or manage your subscription at any time.
You may also return * and receive a refund ** for any unopened products. In this circumstance, we will refund the full amount of any unopened products you return to your account.
* Within 30 days of purchase date.
** Shipping costs will not be refunded.

What if I forgot to change the flavor... or I still have enough at home?
Don't worry! We will always let you know when your new order is going to be shipped. We will do this three days in advance by email.
Once you have started your subscription, you will receive your products on time within the specified interval. Your order will be shipped on the same day your subscription started, at the frequency you have chosen (between 1 and 8 weeks).
*Purchase with subscription can be paid with debit or credit card*. Paypal is not supported.
The subscription discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
