Green Tropical Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk (350 ml)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (50 g)
- 1 tablespoon Plenny Shake Passion Fruit
- 1 ½ cups mango, diced and frozen (250 g)
- 1 ½ cups pineapple, diced and frozen (130 g)
Preparation
- Place the coconut milk and spinach in a blender and blend until the spinach is completely incorporated into the milk.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!
